What if they made crop circles as say part of thier practice runs around the country. Doing things to fuel the alien aspect and distracting anyone US or other countries from looking closer at the US military activities.

I don't know much about the crop circles, but as for flying saucers, yes they probably would use aliens as a means to hide new technology. That is how they kept the secret of F-117 a secret for as long as they did. People suspected, but couldn't get any proof. They didn't keep the B-2 a secret because stealth technology was known, so no reason to keep it a secret.

Of course it will. How many people do you know that do not believe in UFO's and aliens (not the illegal kind)? This is a classic case of miss-information on the part of our government. I believe that there are two reasons why they decided to do this. The first reason is that the technology is so great and advanced, that we would just freak out and start going nuts. The second is that if they let such advanced technology get out, guess how long it would be until it reached the black market?
