Ok I don't want any answers like, you shouldn't do it, or natural is better. I've made up my mind so for those of you who have had it done were you happy afterwards? what size did you go up to? Did you take a picture in with you of what you wanted? And any thing I should know before going in? Thank you!

Girl, If you want it do it !!! I had mine done in 1990...I moved to the beach and got me some boobs !!! All joking aside, I was completely flat...and I went to a full "C"...I had saline implants inserted thru the armpits behind the pectoral muscle...I will not lie, it was very painful, with a lot of bruising BUT...I only weighed 100 lbs, and was very small, I had no skin to stretch and that is where most of my pain came from...I have never regretted having it done at all...I felt like my clothes fit and looked better, and I think it helped my self-esteem also...I got pregant 3 years after, and nursed my son successfully with no problems...I also went from "C" to "EE" while nursing (unreal boobage going on there !) and afterward I have stayed a "D"...The only advice I would give you is make sure you go to a trusted surgeon, I had great success, but have seen many that have not...Also, do whatever they tell you to do to the letter...exercises, wearing a bra, (going braless too soon is the biggest mistake you can make)....I didn't take a picture in with me...I just let the doctor make the decisions, and all went well from there....Happy Boobs and Good Luck !!!!

Sorry, I wish you good luck with that but as a man I do really say, as many guys are gonna be hot for you whether you do it or not.
My biggest beef is the fear of LEAKS. I mean, sure today they say there are NO leaks, but a few years ago, they said the old silcon implants are fine!!!
If you can be hot without being cut and without risking it, then, that is certainly what you should consider before.
What size? Well, if you DO go for it, I'd say chose something that at least looks natural on your body size.
Anyway, I know I've annoyed you but good luck with all that, sincerly. Your breasts are a very personal part of you so, I hope that in the end, you are happy with the result you chose.
If you were chasing me tho, you could save that $20,000 and buy yourself an SUV or a lifetime membership to a SPA and I'd still be buying you dinners and flowers.

I had one child and didn't breastfeed but my breast were engorged bad afterwards and they ended up saggier, I'm young so I decided I wanted a augmentation to fill myself back out. I was a small D and wanted a full D, well he told me I would be but now I'm a DD. My surgery was great though, was quick and out in no time, I was just sore underneath my armpits for a while, like when trying to lift myself into a vehicle,etc. But goodluck and just stay calm, it really isn't that bad.

If you want good advice it sounds weird but go into a strip club titty bar and ask if there are any experts on who, what, where, over under the muscle they are the experts, but resist the urge to go over 36d unless your gonna work there. Go for real and within your body shape This advice worked for my wife
