3-4 botles of beer every day means you are abusing alcohol. One of the first things you need to do is quite abusing alcohol before you wind up doing some liver damage and other damage from long term alcohol abuse. Smoking is also a possible cause of some of your chest pains. You didn't mention where the pain was and what it feels like etc so it hard to offer help without more info about the chest pain. Post more info and maybe more can help can be offered.

Your smoking alot doesn't help but if you are having severe chest pain, you need to get to the hospital immediately. There might be a different underlying cause that didn't show up in the angiogram. Could be your lungs are just having to really work nowadays. Who knows? Go to the hospital. Better to be safe and dead.

Try a tread mill test if your doctor recommends the same. That should be useful to diagnose the problem.

Have your potassium checked. I have had similiar issues and found that with low potassium it will give off a "false heart attack"
Hope it helps.
