- It really depends, but I could say (based from experience), the latest usually takes about 2 weeks.

- Yes. However, "priority is not the right word", rather, page rank is. Search engines' page rank is based from the total/overall "link backs" of a particular site. The more sites linking to a particular site, the highr their page rank is.
