The genocide in Darfur has been going on for far too long. I think that it's because they are poor people living simply. Many do not have the technology that we take for granted, so they cannot let the world know of what they experience. And if we really did know their life.... would it be reported honestly?

Probably somebody famous going to Darfur and interviewing people who were victims of this. I don't know what is going to make us respond to Darfur.

More media attention. The media controls much of American thought these days and honestly, if there was more media attention to the crisis in Darfur, then more people would become aware to it and want to cause a change, pressuring our leaders to do something (and something needs to be done NOW)
