I have the means and resources to bury my ex-stripper girlfriend, money, power. It has not even been a month and I am going through hell with this woman just to visit my baby, I wanted to be friends with her (ex) so that we would have no problems like this, I cannot understand it, she has all this anger inside of her aimed at me and only me! She is from Colombia and she wanted to take the baby back to her home in South America and I refused to grant her permission, I believe this is my right as a father and I will not go back on my decision. I left her alone like she wanted, shouldnt she be happy, especially to go back to work!!!! At first this break up was hard for me, but now I accept it and just want to move on with my daughter, of course. Should I give her more time to simmer down, which means not spending the holidays with my baby or should I bury her by getting court procedings started in time for the holidays, I dont want to do this. In all, I have 5 kids, I love them all!!!!

Try to come to an understanding as much as possible. After all, it's not about you. It's about your daughter.

You need to start court proceedings and get custody, before she disappears with the baby to Colombia.

You could probably prove that she is an unfit mother. Judges don't like strippers.

If she has the means to leave the country, I suggest you enlist the service of a good attny. He will direct you as to your options. You shouldnt have any problem.

honestly answer with all your heart, is it best for your kid that the kid go through suffering and guilt of knowing "mommy and daddy always fight, must be my fault," or is it best to let this settle, no matter what? i'm sure by now you have good intuition about how this woman will react to anything you do.

yes, rather you are finished with her or not you should go to court right away, for visitation rights. don't worry about how angry she is she will get over it. make sure that the child has two loving parents.
