It doesn't matter if it's a book or a website. You list them alphabetically by the author's last name who wrote the article. If the author is not available, then you list the title of the article but you place it in the same alphabetical order. For instance, if you have two books, one by Martin Bell and one by Chris Smith and a website article with no author entitled "Days of the Sun," your bibliography would look like this

Bell, Martin. Title of Book. Where it was published: who it was published by, year it was published

"Days of the Sun." Name of the magazine or wherever the article came from. Dates the article was published, if available. then the web address.

Smith, Chris. Title of Book. Where it was published: who it was published by, year it was published

Be wary of online citation generators. They are usually not completely correct.

All you have to do is enter your information, cut, paste, then format it correctly (indent all lines other than the first) in a word processing document. It does the hard stuff for you.
It's great for MLA format, but I think there's a place that you can click on if you need it formatted APA.
Committ it to memory! Spread the word!!!! It's free!!

If you are using MLA format, try the link below. You fill in the info and they generate the bib. Most people put it alphabetical order by the author or editor's last name or the website.
