Please don't stand for that, I have a best friend (male) whose ex did the same thing to him and then CPS(child protective Services) calls him and says she abadoned their daughter and for some reason they didn't give his daughter to him and now she is in a foster home and because he didin't do anything in the first place they don't see him as agood fit for his daughter. I know that sounds extreme but just think what will the courts say when you bring this up later. I don't believe it's okay for anyone to keep their kids away from aperfectly competent parent that is just plain evil. I have a son from a previous relationship and I would never do that to his dad no matter if he has a girlfriend or not, that's just wrong. Don't stand for it, I would say if you have to, call the police and tell them that you're worried about them and you want to see your children she has to let you see them. I say call and leave a subtle threat to call CPS and if she still doesn't respond, Call Them and get your children!

Well child support and visitation do NOT go hand in hand. Even if you are behind in child support, you still have a right to see your kids. However, I do suggest you start making extra payments of child support even if it’s an additional $5 a week. Anything…but pay that child support!! Lots of people feel just because someone stops child support it means they can stop them from seeing their kids. But again, that’s false information. Kids need the support financially and they also need to see their parents. So stopping one or both does NOT benefit the child in any way. Get some legal aide or a lawyer if you feel you’re not seeing your kids like you’re supposed to. But again, not paying child support won’t help you in this matter. So I suggest you start getting a budget or a second job for more income and go from there. It’s not easy, but if you want to prove the point of being a good Daddy, then start paying your child support!

Hmm u know what my ex husband moved his whore in right away also and per court order they were not allowed around her he would sneak her in at night it was a huge battle. That soon after splitting up your kids shouldn't be forced to be around daddy's new whore...However after some time things change my ex married his crack whore and she is better to my kids then he ever was however... he is now in prison because of their little drug habit and she is raising their child alone like i did my 2 for so long. So show your soon to be ex wife and your children some respect give them time to adjust to the split before you start parading new women around them the kids would respect you more along with the ex and as long as your putting your new piece of *** before your kids then you do not deserve to see them. either get your own place or ask if you can take them somewhere alone without the new tag along until they have had time to adjust

You can get a visitation order before the divorce...Go to the court and file the papers, you can do this by yourself a lawyer would be better...Then she has to let you see them or she gets in trouble....

You need to talk to your lawyer. Once you go to court (they usually get you in within 30 days of filing) the first time the judge should set up visitation. Until then you'll have to be patient and wait. Just don't give her any ammunition. You have to stay cool.

Go to the local courthouse and ask them what paperwork you need to fill out to get a court visitation order. They can't offer you legal advice, but they can give you the paperwork.

The law
Start documenting dates, times and events
Look up rights to a dad for visitation below
You let her know that she is violating your right as the children's dad and you have a right to visit them. You can make a verbal agreemnet, it doesn't have to be in writing.
Please read your rights. I see this all of the time, I work in the legal field.
