Sorry but there are a few on your list that I really can't stand but I'll comment on the ones I do like:
Brad Pitt: Looks too much like an old friend of mine for me to find him attractive but I think he is a great actor, especially in "Fight Club".
Angelina Jolie: Natural beauty. She even look gorgeous without any makeup! I really like her as an actress and especially when she plays roles like Laura Croft in Tomb Raider. It's great to see women in those kinds of rolls.
George Clooney: Never cared much for him until I saw him in "From Dusk til Dawn". He was also great in Oceans 11. Very classy guy.
Julia Roberts: Not a lot of depth to her acting but she chooses roles that suit her and she tends to be in "romantic comedies". Not a genre that I care for but I loved her in the movie where she tried to escape her abusive husband which was more of a suspense movie. She comes across as very likable.

Brad Pitt - Gets into his roles. Legends Of The Fall is a classic.
Angelina Jolie- Beautiful, but not a very good actress. Beyond Borders was her best movie I think.
Jennifer Aniston- See above answer , but can not think of a movie I liked her in
George Clooney-Syriana and Good Night and Good Luck were two of the best movies I saw last year. Besides being a good actor , I like his politics
Julia Roberts- Very good actress, has had a dynamite career , pretty also
Adam Sandler- I like him. I like when he plays serious roles also. His best work may be behind him
Jim Carey- Great comic. Facial and body expressions are great
Who I also like
Charlize Theron- Besides being just flat out gorgeous , A great actress
Johnny Depp- Has played such a wide range of characters always well. Finding Neverland one of the great movies of the last ten years
Hugh Grant- Like his presence . Always gives a good performance. Love Actually , Notting Hill , great

I prefer actors who are actors, not celebrities. Unless they are very good at acting, it is difficult to separate their role from the hype.
Carrey has the most talent, especially when he picks a great script (Mask, Truman). Don't mind PItt; Sandler is a talented comic.
The rest are celebrities, and they always play themselves.
I prefer John Lithgow, Peter Weller, Judy Davis, and anybody who has any long term experience as a character actor. And Faye Dunaway,Bridgette Helmand Mary Pickford were always the hotties....
And everyone who was in "American Astronaut" and "Buckaroo Banzai" and "Naked Lunch" were, of course, perfect.

Brad Pitt---Thelma and Louise got me to like him, remember the nudie cowboy.
Angelina Jolie---The movie she did called Gia was the first I ever saw of her and loved her acting skills and then Gone In 60 seconds she looked hot as ever and was a total badass.
Jennifer Aniston--My mom used to really like her hair and everybody loves and knows her from Friends
George Clooney---Batman and One Fine day were the first ones I saw of him and he keeps getting hotter and hotter as he gets older.
Julia Roberts--She's such a great actress! Pretty Woman is the first movie I saw with her and has loved her since and every movie she's done
Adam Sandler---Everything that man does is super hilarious, I remember him from those Jewish songs he used to sing. they were great and every movie he plays in is usually pretty good
Jim Carrey-- Is the the king of comedy in movies no one can ever top him. Dumb and Dumber...great that's the first time I think I saw him in a movie

I like Adam Sandler cause is just funny. And he likes what he does for a living and it show when he is on the screen. And Brad Pitt And Angelina Jolie where really good in Mr. and Mrs. Smith!

Brad Pitt, In my eyes he is a great actor. He was great in Fight Club and 12 Monkeys. He is also good in all types of roles.

George Clooney, not only is he a good actor but he's very classy and doesn't take himself too serious.
Jim Carey for his humor but I would really like to see him in more dramatic parts too.
