Go to your local courthouse, they should be able to provide you with the paperwork to take care of it. They can't offer you legal advice, though. They may also be able to get you a full or partial fee waiver for the filing fee.

If you agree on everything you should be able to call your local courthouse and request legal aid guide you through the paperwork. If you do not agree on everything - still use legal aid and request mediation, in mediation you can work through the parenting schedule, division of assets, and such. The financial - support piece will have to go through the legal aid (court). The whole mental abuse is not likely to help you - meaning it wont make things "quicker". If you need to, request a middle person (a friend or family member) to assist with communication and child exchange - so you wont have to deal with the mental abuse. You may want to go to a lawyer who is willing to do a payment plan with you (they do exist). Just to make sure you covered all your basis. Use caution taking advice from people other than your local courthouse, or a lawyer. Best of luck.

Go to your local court house and ask. Most of them have a room with sets of paper work for doing your own divorce, etc. for a sm. fee. However, if there are children involved, you probably need help of a lawyer. Call the local Legal Aid Society to see if they can offer help or suggestions. Good Luck
