I've been married for a little over a year now..and for the entire time I've been married my husband forever falls asleep. When we are with friends, when we watch a movie, when we make love. For Valentines he planned a special evening and it was ruined because he fell asleep while making love to me. Same for our 1 year anniversary party, we had loud music, drinking socializing and he was falling asleep. When we got to the motel room we rented we didn't even make love because he fell asleep I spent the whole night crying. I dont know what to do anymore Yes my husband is on the heavy side but he works out. I dont want to say this but I'm afraid his falling asleep is ruining the relationship and could possibly be making me loose interrest! ..I need some help before it's to late..

You need to get him a check up. He may have a condition, a sleep disorder. Or he could be a diabetic. Some diabetics have low blood sugar. This causes them to be sleepy and weak. Once because I had a stomach problem, my doctor gave me some medication. I didn't know that the side affect was fatigue, and over sleeping. I would fall asleep all the time. Is he on any medicine? There could be alot of factors. Try seeing what they are first before resorting to drastic measures. When we love some one we should try to help them, and support them as best we can. Tell him your feelings about this. And together you can find out what is wrong. He may just need some vitamins, or it could be his work schedule. I hoped it helped.

you're taking it in my opinion. you're able to no longer. you're taking it as an insult whilst no insult is meant. jointly as this 5 seconds is slightly extreme, it is commonplace for a guy to be very sleepy after orgasm. Orgasm does 2 issues. First, it actually adjustments his chemical make up. Hormones are dumped and the strain is going way down. Then, too, there is far less blood in the suggestions. the two the actual and the chemical make him sense very sleepy or maybe content textile. this is extremely distinctive to what occurs with a woman. backside line, this is actual, no longer emotional. He won't be able to 'attempt harder'. enable him doze off understanding which you have happy him totally and that he's content textile and cuddle with him. That contentment is a sparkling mirrored image of the influence you have on him and could be considered as a compliment, no longer an insult.

Have a doctor check him out for sleep apnea. I have it. I used to do that. I got diagnosed. Now I wear a mask at night. Makes the marriage bed a bit more exciting! But really, go to a doc.
Sleep apnea causes a person to not get nearly enough sleep at night so they fall asleep the rest of the day really easily. It needs to be diagnosed and treated because it puts the person at risk of heart attacks and worse.
Good luck.

You should have him go see if hes is possible diabetic because that will make him really tired. Also, maybe he has a sleep disorder or has low oxygen content from something else...I would see a doctor for that. Ive never heard of ANYONE falling asleep while having sex.......

does he work long hours? if he is heavy (fat) you might wanna get his thyroid checked, it can cause sleepyness to the point that there is not enough coffee in the world to keep you awake. Or maybe he has narcolepcy (he falls asleep anytime and anyplace without being able to control it) honestly have him checked, i mean i could also be mono, ya never know!
if it is not a medical condition then hun it has only been a year move on.

Maybe your husband suffers from narcolepsy. This is a serious condition and can be tested for in a sleep study. He should discuss this with his physician.
My husband has sleep apnea and has to sleep with a machine, but because it hasn't helped with his tiredness during the day, he was just tested for narcolepsy... no results yet, it takes a while!

Get him checked by a doctor this is not normal. You could also be in the car with him someday and he falls asleep at the wheel endangering your lives and other peoples. sounds like he needs medical attention.
