What do you wish you could do over again?

I think the one thing I regret the most is making the decision to take my (fourth) son off of life support when he was five days old. I was not willing to keep him alive with a possibility of brain damage; there was a high probability and I didn't want that kind of life for my son.

The thing I least regret is finally getting up the nerve to leave my ex even though it almost cost me custody of my three sons.

What I wish I could do over again....I wish that I could have accepted my biological father as my father before he passed away. I'd been told he was my "godfather" until at age 11, my sister told me he was my real father and showed me my birth certificate. It was pretty devastating. He was 50 when he met my mom (she was 20 and married to my stepfather but they'd separated). It was difficult accepting that I was "different" from the rest of the family (especially since people used to joke and ask if I'd been adopted).

I most regret selling myself short to fit in with a crowd that means nothing to me now and i almost never even see anymore. I least regret being a young mom, I love every second I spend with my children.

I would go back and save myself for what turned out to be my first and last true love. My least regret was everyday that I was able to spend with her before she left me.
