I have seen him almost four times already. I think he's following me. Why would he follow me???

Please be very careful.......there are a lot of weirdos in this world....be aware of your surroundings at all times. If he doesn't make himself known you should be very skeptical...If he likes you he would make a move on you and introduce himself..doesn't sound safe to me...

Well when you see him, do you mean in differnt stores/locations?
Or was it the same store.
I suggest you leave, don't go back for a week and wait. If you see him again, memorize what he looks like, write it down, go to the police and report him.
