I'd have to say Maximus, hands down.

Maximus. He was a trained fighter, WW, little but a thug. As for Braveheart do not believe all you see in US movies. Anything "Based on a true stroy" relies on little more than the existence of the person. The true story of William Wallace is rather more ignominous. There is more historical fact in Gladiator.

I think William Wallace. Being the drunk guy has an advantage cause you don't feel as much pain. A cell phone won't get Maximus very far in this fight. ;)
Sorry...had to do it.
If I really had to choose one...it'd be William Wallace.

William Wallace, definitely. He did the real thing, not a game.

You're probably right....unless, of course, Maximus was a Jew....we all know how Mel feels about the Jews!
