i have this real cute skirt that is kinda short, half way up my thigh. white transpart fabric. its see thru. so wut should i wear under? i m thinking black bike shorts and most important a top and shoes and accessories. thanks

anyway, for style u could use maybe black (NOT FISHNET)stockings and use embellishments on ur skirt like gold chains or flowerpower or maybe even stones and cheer up the look by the mood u are in that day.
For the top, u could use a halter or a snazzy indian handstitched threadworded top. Indian threadwork designs are real cool!
Ur outfit will look cute!

I ditto what the others said about the leggings, with maybe some taller boots. A snug turtle neck and scarf might look cute with it.

I can help with the bottoms a bit.
Leggings could look alright, especially with the see-through ness.
A pattern or a solid color- not transparent. :P

I would go with black, grey, or red leggings. And if you can of course chose any color of leggings that will match the rest of your outfit.
