I know it may sound like a dumb question, but i am not sure how it works. I am going back to Norway, but this time i plan on heading to Sweden also. Do i have to show my passport when i enter the border?

Depends how you get there. If you go by road, not only do you not have to show it, but if you stop and ask them if you can show it and they can stamp it, they'll say no.

By plane, sometimes, but mostly not.

That doesn't mean you shouldn't carry it with you however, at all times.
