I ordered over $40 in MK products back in APRIL from someone I had considered a friend...well its now half way into NOVEMBER and now I can't get a response from this person. I call and leave messages and send email and she's still not responding. I don't know that she's still an 'active' consultant - what can I do? I sent a check, and she cashed it back in April - still no products. She's promised for months 'I'll send that out to you on Thursday, I'll send that out on Tuesday' - you get the point...right? How can I resolve this, please help!!!

According to the net the 800 # of the Mary Kay Holding Corporation is 1-800-627-9529 and they can direct you to the proper extension. Good Luck. Mary Kay is a good company and will surely be responsive.

Why can't you just check out the Mary Kay website and get their phone number?

File an complaint with BBB against MK, hopefully you got information that you needed to fill out in BBB.

2. Get a lawyer, that usually will get the company to wise up and respond to you in a very timely manner.
