Well you see I have been with my girlfriend for about a year and 8 months. During the whole relationship shes been putting me in situations that just hurt me and I dont know if i should take it anymore. I just want to know should I keep giving this relationship another shot?

It depends on what the situations are. You should talk to her nice one day and innocently bring up how heartbroken you were one day when she ____. Then, be like, by the way, why did you do that? Do you think you would ever stop? What if it meant losing me? Think carefully on how she answered and reacted and then plan how you will stay or how you will go.

If you truly love her than the love for her should outweigh the hurt she makes you occasionally feel. If she is cheating on you or anything like that then you need to find someone who will treat you better. My last girlfriend broke my heart when she left, every time she left but I still love her to this day and would kick open the gates and dig through hell bare handed just to pull her out. The love she has made me feel will always outweigh any pain I have felt from our relationships, even if she never comes back.

Get out now! Contrary to songs on the radio, love should'nt hurt. If it does, then you're not doing it right ( or with the right person)! If someone respects you, they don't put you into situations (apparently more than once) that get you hurt. Sounds to me like she's just testing how much B.S. you will take. Bad Karma, man. Find someone who respects and accepts you for who you are.

Have you tried telling her how you feel and that she hurts you? Do you think if you did it would make a difference in how she treats you? We allow people to treat us the way we want to be treated. It's probably not good for you being in a relationship where you are constantly hurt.

have you discussed this issue with your gf? is she aware that she's hurting you in some ways? have a talk. then think if what you have is worth keeping..
