Ok I don't want any answers like, you shouldn't do it, or natural is better. I've made up my mind so for those of you who have had it done were you happy afterwards? what size did you go up to? Did you take a picture in with you of what you wanted? And any thing I should know before going in? Thank you!

It can turn out fabulously!! My friend had it and has been enjoying her great chest for years now! She didn't go up too much bigger. She didn't need a picture of what she wanted, 'coz they let you try the implants in your bra to give you a better idea of what size you'd really like.

Just make sure you have a well-qualified, experienced surgeon, and that you have a number to call AFTER the surgery where you can be assured that everything is alright (if you're having a lot of pain, etc.). Find out if your doctor will do a second surgery for a reduced rate (as with this type of surgery a second time is likely within the first 10 years - not to scare you - that's just how it is).

You will definitely enjoy your new look, don't let anyone stop you from doing what you know will make you happy!! Every single day you'll have two lovely things to wake up to! ;)

Oh, one more thing, the area where they cut to insert the implant.. if you do it thru a cut in the bottom of your areola, you're more likely to experience a loss of sensation (which can make you less likely to successfully breastfeed in the future)..
Just make sure you do your research about the area you want them to cut (to insert the implant), and what type of implant you want, and if you prefer under or over the muscle.

The best thing is to be well-informed even before visiting the surgeon so that you can be more specific with your questions.. It's also good to visit more than one surgeon before deciding who you want to do it for you.

My girlfriend had it done and the messed up the first time and they were un even so she had to go under again. She said she would never have done it if she knew it was going to be such a process and now she wishes she had her old ones back. She did say don't have the incision under the brest, go in through the nipple.

I haven't, but I know a bit about it.
I think after the recovery, it'd be pretty cool. I would go for a C - D, something that's not THAT big, though.
Well, it'll be tough finding comfortable bras, and there are risks with ALL types of cosmetic and other types of surgery.

As a male I'd say the best size is DD, but only if you have a nice body.

I, myself have not had it done. I have heard that a lot of men think that the woman's breasts feel like "rocks" & are not "soft & natural."
