Im 4cm, 80%, 0 station and lost my plug yesterday morning. Ive been having lots of groin pain and soreness....and what feels to be quite a bit of pressure and an occasoinal shape pain in my pelvic/ upper vaginal area. What does this mean? Could my water be trying to break? How much longer do you think?

If you're 4 cm, you're very close. Once you hit a 6 it's smooth sailing. It's hard to tell though, how fast you'll move to a 6. It's different with everyone. I predict you will give birth by tomorrow afternoon. Maybe even the morning. I only believe that you're close because you're 80% thin. Once you're fully thinned out. You're in active labor.

your water doesn't need to break in be in full labour. If the sac some how got behind the baby it may not actually release the water until baby is out. go to hospital within 24hr of plug coming out, as there is increased chance of infection to you and baby once cervix is open

It's hard to say...today, tomorrow, 3 wks. That's how it goes. I had a friend who was 3 or 4 cm for 3 wks. Baby came 2 days before the due date.

I think you should be going to the hospital as soon as possible because my husbands sister delivers babies at a hospital and she teaches me everything that I would need to know and the way you are explaining it you might have the baby as early as tomarrow so I think you should be going to the hospital now. And CONGRATULATIONS.

You don't feel anything prior or as your water ruptures. It sounds like early pre labor pain
