let your muscles relax and know that seeming sure of yourself is one of the most looked for characteristics....go in thinking its not an interview for them-but for you to see if you want to work for them.smile and try to seem like an all around good guy

There are really three things you can do that will help.
One is: Research the company you want to be hired by;
talk to those who work for the organization--the more you know
about the corporation, the better you can plan exactly what to say. And you need to find out what sort of questions they're going to ask.
Two is: Improve your skills at being interviewed. Pay for help, read a book, whatever it takes; it's that important.
Three is: Practice the speeches you're going to give--answers to questions, questions for the interviewer, etc; so that you can say them confidently.

Go in prepared, do some research on the company, familiarise yourself with there products or there service. Learn a little about the history of the company. Armed with all this information should help you with your confidence.
