Usually when you're a little late for your period and then start that's a really early miscarriage. Women have a lot of miscarriages throughout their lives, but most probably don't even realize it. And I don't think it's possible to get pregnant the day after you miscarry, your body would need time to build your uterus back up.

yes you can have a miscarriage and not know it. An astounding 1 out of 3 pregnancy's end in miscarriage. Most happen and you dont even know it b/c there so early. You could mistake it for a late period. I dont think you can get pregnant a day after one though.

Many women miscarry so early in their pregnancies that they believe that it is a period. In fact, the number of women who miscarry this way is actually quite high but it skews the factual number of miscarriages because so many go unaccounted for. I think I might have had one of these once, but I couldn't be sure.

If i hadn't been a few days late and so tired i wouldn't have taken the Pregnancy test. But it was positive and I was Pg. I told all my friends that day and then the next day I miscarried. I went to the Dr and she said Yes that i was defiantly PG and I definitely miscarried.
I am Not sure on the getting pg on the next day. if it happened to you Maby it was twins?

yes. it happens to women all the time who dont even know they are pregnant. and yes you can get pregnant right after a miscarriage

very possible to misscarry and not know it but as for getting pregnant the next day i doubt it the body has to heal

im sure that you will know if you misscarry, i did, and i was only about 4 weeks along.
