Yes actually it is...I am guessing the other ppl don't live there or keep up with the news.
Mayor Goodman made it illegal to give food or money to homeless people. He even went so far to arrest a lady from a radio show that did a soup kitchen type feeding for the homeless. Then the 'great' mayor said It was only because she was doing it for a radio stunt and they wouldn't arrest everyone that helped homeless BUT that it is illegal.
Personally I think it's a bunch of bullcrap..we are human therefor we have compassion therfor we HELP!
