tampons

It really depends. Sometimes people like tampons better, i personally do, because you just feel more protected. Of course there's always the chance of toxic shock syndrome, which is rare but serious. Normally I would use a tampon with a light flow pad, for extra protection. You could just use a panty-liner to be safe. Make sure you allways choose according to your flow, as this dramatically decreases your chances of Toxic Shock Syndrome.

Tampons, they are MUCH easier, and cleaner. I used pads when I was still in school, you have to always worry about going to your locker and stuff. With tampons you can easily put one in your pocket or something (and by tampons, I mean the ones without applicator!) Yes, I know, disgusting, but it is not as messy or as hard as it sounds, believe me! And also at night, only tampons, then you won't have to worry about dirty clothes or sheets in the morning, which I know is a problem with pads.

I use tampons during the day. I don't like feeling like I'm wearing a diaper and blood never smells pleasant. I use pads at night because I don't want to wake up every 4 hours and change my rocket.

Tampons are much more comfortable than pads, and I feel a lot freer to move. Once I tried tampons, I never went back to using pads.

I stick to Pads because sticking cotton in your vagina isn't such a good idea. Although now they "think" that it's safe everytime you take the tampon out it could leave back exage cotton and build up overtime forming a clog and I you know hat'll happen next. Infections, diseases, who knows! Pads are in the external area of the vagina, no harm done.

Both! I wear tampons during the day, and pads at home, but mostly I used tampons because they are better, but that is just my opinion.

It depends on what you find comforatable.

Try both and see what you think... Or you could use tampons some days, and pads other days.
