Pfeh - instead of treating the symptom, treat the problem - you need to either lower your seat, or raise the screen you are looking at on the computer - these are the only two ways you can PREVENT getting that pain in your neck - if it hurts now, yeah the pillow is a fine idea.
But you need to change the angle of looking at the screen before it becomes too painful.

The top of the monitor should be at eye level when you are sitting up straight.Try to get a good chair. Skimping on this if you plan to spend a lot of time on the computer is a false economy.Look up some articles on 'computer safety ' Your computer manuals usually have advice on this subject.Last but not least take frequent breaks.Take care!!!

Spin your head around for awhile. About ten seconds should do good. Not fast, nice and slow to loosen up the muscles.

sure ... wear a neck pillow & try to sit up straight. If you start getting stiff...get up and walk away from the puter for a few mins.
Lastly...get a good massage'
