If you actually think you love her then go for it. But you might just be saying that because you had made out. Again if you actually and trully love her ther should be no promblem other than embarrassment about telling your family. Then if your family is like totally against this just forget about it they will soon learn to deal with it. If your family loves you then they shouldn't have a problem in letting you have what you want.

well with cousins its not a big deal at all,as u both r 18+ so go ahead if u want to make out.
but u should only do if u want to do not if she wants u to do,the difference is there!!

she is barely related to you being your forth cousin. you can marry but seeing as though you have just made out for the first time..i doubt it is love. more likely lust. anywho..besides having some embarrassment telling your family and friends you shouldn't have many problems
