4(b)^ x = a^x
if4b = a = 0 then x can be any thing

or4(b/a)^ x = 1
so x = log base b/a of 1/4

(a/b)^x = 4

xlog(a/b) = log4

x = log4/log(a/b) = log4/(loga-logb)

4(b)^x = a^x
(a/b)^x = 4
xlog(a/b) = log(4)
x = (log(4))/log(a/b)
