All things are possible, With hard work, training, and preparation I'm sure you could and anyone who has their mind set on it could.
I used to run an 11 minute 2 mile in the Army And there were times during my PT Test I felt I was jogging and still made it in 11mins.
4 miles might be pushing it, but there are some who train for stuff like that so it is possible.
All things are possible when you don't quit and believe in God !

You mean four laps, right? A lap is 1/4 mile.
No, I'm not a runner.
By the way, the world record for one mile is around 3 minutes 45 seconds, and nobody can keep that pace for four miles.
Your heart would explode!

I doubt if I could cycle 4 miles in 15 minutes, let alone run.

I don't think that is possible, for that would mean less than 4 minutes per mile.. and that would be like a record or something.

Nobody can do that: it would mean running a 3:45 mile pace for four miles. but 3:45 is approximately the world record for one mile. Nobody could keep up that pace for four miles.
