well i like this one guy and im pranking him on aim as a girl named priya from ohio who knows me. i did this so i can get to know him better and stuff. so i showed him a pic of my cuzins girlfrnd. she let me. n now i think he is starting to like priya not me. i was just wondering if i should tell him next time i meet him that I'm priya or should i keep pranking him or should i just leave him alone dont prank him no more and dont tell him.
but im scared that if i tell him he might get mad at me cuz i think he is starting to like priya but there is no one named priya like that on whom he knows.
so what should i do.
im so confused. i dont really want him to get mad at me but i dont want him to like another person who doesnt even really exsist.
please help me.

Best thing to do, is not play games. I wouldn't tell him but don't do it any more, I wouldn't.

Say he does end up liking this "Priya." What's so bad about that? He'll get over it if you quit pretending to be her and quit talking to him as her. Clearly he likes you for your personality and only you can be the real you. Just start talking to him more (as yourself), don't be so afraid. Good luck girl!

It's not to late to tell the truth and clear the whole thing up. He may respect you and be intrigued, also.
Tell him you're going to stop communicating with him (and be prepared to stop) because you've embarrased yourself by pretending to be another girl. Just tell him you got nervous and self-conscious (honest and common enough), and thought it safer to pretend. Let him know you wish you hadn't done it, because you think the two of you actually would hit it off.
Don't use any of these ideas if they don't feel true for you. Try to use your own words and feelings.

say,"look,theres something i want you to know. You see, i really liked you so i was pretending to be priya. i hope your not mad because i really do like you, im sorry, i really am." see what he says if he likes you every thing will turn out ok and if he doesnt you just have to move on.good luck!

you should be honest. I met someone and well into the relationship she confessed that she had not been honest about some things. it was a real turn off and I couldn't trust her after that. Then I began to discover a pattern of lies and manipulation, couldn't stand it anymore.
Admit the truth as soon as possible, be serious about it, and be honest about your emotions (vulnerability is a turn on).
Everyone makes mistakes. If he truly likes you, he will get over it though it might take awhile.

Well if you think about it my friend, what do you really have to lose? He doesn't think you are the one, so he likes someone else. YOu don't want to not tell him though. Because fifty years from now you are going to be like, "ugh, I should have". Just tell him. If he can't take a fricken joke then he isn't worthy of you anyways. take care and good luck
