This is such a tough question. I mean there are just way too many to chose from to just pick one. Everyone is partial and I am no different so My first choice would have to be Peter Griffin from Family Guy. If you area fan of the show this is an obvious pick. He is just a complete moron and a complete genius at the same time and I would love to hang out with him for just a day.
My second choice if Peter was too busy would be Bugs Bunny. He is just classic. He is able to out smart the best of them. Ok well maybe not the best but you know what I mean. He always is able to one up anybody, you can't help but admire how smart and funny he is.
The last but not least Bender from Futurama.

Kakashi from Naruto (so much), Yusuke from Yu Yu Hakusho, Karama from Yu Yu Hakusho, Hiei from Yu Yu Hakusho, Vash the Stampede from Trigun, or Goku from Dragonball Z. This was a good and interesting question because it really had me thinking.:-) I would like to meet Patrick, Spongebob, and I would ask Mr. Krabs for a crabby pattie! from American cartoons: Mine would be Spongebob himself. Or Squidward, or Patrick (though I'd probably send them back into the tv after a while).
from anime: I'd like to meet Ryoko from Tenchi Muyo, Kite/Azure-Kite/Tri-Edge from the .hack series (.hack//G.U. game and .hack//ROOTS anime), Tenchi Masaki also from Tenchi Muyo, Lain from Lain, Lord Canti, Naota, or Haruko from FLCL, and a few others I can't think of at the moment...
