just ask around local stores and libraries, you should be able to find one for free, as they get them free from venders and usually throw them out when the product is gone.(I've gotten a bunch that way)

Go to your favorite book store and ask them where they purchased theirs. You'll want someone local because magazine racks are heavy and the freight costs can really jack up the prices.
