Can I still join the fall term if I graduate in summer school?

Can I still join the fall term(universiy) if I graduate in summer school(high school)? In addition, I come from Canada.

This will depend on the University and when you graduate in Summer as opposed to when they start in fall. THey will not accept you if your transcripts and graduation can not be officially verified.
