A rocky beach in Northern California....it's summer but it's only about 80 degrees and the spray makes my lips taste salty. All I can hear is the waves. The sky is blue and the ocean is blue-gray. The rocks are black and jagged but I have a nice thick blanket to sit on so I am comfortable. There are a few seagulls floating on the airstream and calling out to each other. I am free....I have nowhere that I need to go and nothing that I need to do....I can just sit here and listen to the waves forever.
P.S. Great question!

It is a really cool forrest-like area off Highway 1 in San Mateo County, Ca. It is so quiet and relaxing. The walkway has trees on both sides and off to one side is an area by a little brook that is perfect for a picnic. I have only been there once and it was about 15 years ago but I will never forget it.

Planet Zarex. The mountains are topped with a cotton like substance. The road in the valley between the mountain range gently curves left and right. I'm driving my car on it and the gentle lefts and rights make my body move in that direction with music on the radio. No stop signs or light or highway patrol others on this road to worry about. Just me.

It is a little one lane dirt road in Kincardine Ontario that goes through the pine woods, and the exact spot is where it opens out to the sun and the beach and the water.

there is a place in the eastern sierra where as a kid we used to go camping every year it's full of tall white aspen trees where i could listen to the wind blow through the leaves. it was the most relaxing place I've ever been. it's been 12 years since I've been there. i am planning to go back next year on my vacation. i may never return.

Complete darkness, abolutely no light. A place in my head that I can do anything I want, no one will ever see me. The darkness calms me, it brings joy into my life.

My grandma kitchen. It was always where everything happened and it always smelled like fresh baked cookies. I really miss her.
