A few of them watch especially if it has English sub titles. People around the world would like Hindi movies too, that is if they could understand.

It really depends on a variety of factors... doesn't it? I mean just because I'm indian its easy for me to say yes and believe it... i would think it depends more on their curiousity and their varying degrees of affection to our country which would then in turn interest them enough to go out there and watch an indian film. Though i do know for a fact that hindi films are well recieved among locals in the middle-east ... reasons could be... they understand our dialect and love the beautiful, voluptous indian women (specially the rain dance sequences!! )

yes they do! they are very fascinated by hindi movies... because they are interested and sincerely want to learn about our cultures, dresses, languages, accessories that the actresses wear.. the way we think.. the way they dance around in the movies... the songs.... the changing face of bollywood... yes they do watch and like to hear about the movies.

Koi Mil Gaya was a retarded movie. Indian cinema is like any other cinema, there are good movies and bad ones. Your colleague should have tried watching "Dhoom" or "Devdas".
