Broom Skirts are very popular now and cheap. Just buy one in a solid color. Also buy a long sleeve shirt that has a lacey or pleated look to it. They are popular now too. If it is cold wear a dress wool coat even if you have to borrow one from a relative. If you have long hair put it up in a bun style . Wear pearl jewelry. Do you have shoe boots? For the pooch how 'bout just a Christmas ribbon around his neck.
