It means; Over and over and over and over and over and over again. The same thing, over and over and over and over and over again!

And yes a person can be redundant.

Redundant Meaning

Redundant generally means repetitive. I can't think of a person being redundant unless they were crazy and repeating the same behavior expecting different results.

redundant means, it keeps repeating. Yes, a person can be redundant. when a person requires more than he/she needs, that's being redundant. If a person say or do something and keeps it repeating himself/herself, he/she can be more of a redundant.

Being redundant relates to your job, not you as an individual. It means your job is now not needed within the company, it is therefore redundant. So, it means since your job no longer exists then you unfortunately don't have a job anymore. The company can not take someone else on to do your job because the job position no longer exists....it isn't an exercise in simply removing you personally to get someone else in.

it means repetitve. it means to say the same thing over and over. it means to make the same point many times. a person can be redundant.
ex. (a character not exactly a person) Mojo Jojo from the Powerpuff girls is redundant. he says the same things many times, worded differently. this is also very annoying, too.
I am being redundant!

Redundant means you repeat an idea or thought. When you repeat something, you are being redundant. If you are redundant, you repeat and idea or though. You shouldn't be redundant and repeat things. :o)

Redundant is a term used mainly in Britain, it means, surplus to requirements, no longer needed.
For example if you were no longer needed in your job, you would be made Redundant, or in US terms fired or laid off.
