if i deposit 800 dollars into my account then use up 600 immediately even though the 800 dollars is still "lender balance" and not yet convereded into "avalible balance" so it would show a negative 600 on my account but i do have 800 lender balance in there, will they still charge me over draft fees for this?

No because you have $800 but you used $600 so you still have $200 no problem at least that's the way I see it cause when I make a deposit the funds are ready 2 use

If your bank is holding your check, then the 600 you took out was drawn against unavailable fund and you will get a fee. If not, then the 800 will post first (deposits post before debits) and you'll be in the clear.

Probably not as long as the $800 check does clear eventually, but it is really dictated by your bank's policy. Check with your bank to be sure, and get it in writing. The teller that started yesterday could well tell you wrong, and your bank might not back her up.
