He might not like the girl he may just think she is a cool friend.......guys think very differently to girls so i would be careful about jumping in head first. She might be scaring him by flirting with him thats why he wants to know if she likes him and his friends might be winding her up by giving her the wrong ideas. Just don't be so sure!!!

that means that the girl is on his mind alot and he brings her up alot without shame or hesitation...there is a big chance that he likes her or if not he could be bringing her up alot lately because he simply thinks she is a great friend
