Your 'food style' plays an important role of course. But this is what I do: plenty of mineral water (at least 2lt a day), body lotion (with sun block in the afternoon because I live in a tropical country), body scrub (I do it by myself at home 2-3 times a week), massage 1-2 a month, complete spa (once a month or two).

Getting enough sleep and drinking lots of water everyday. My skin is OK, not bad and I find that when I don't drink water, my skin feels tight. Don't eat junk food pr atleast limit yourself (that's what I do), take multivitamins and wash it everyday and night without skipping.
