The show in the early 1980s starring William Katt. He was given a red suit by aliens that allowed him to fly and stop bullets with his chest when he wore it. The problem was he lost the instruction manual to it and it was a hoot everytime he had to put it on to stop a crime or something. He worked with Robert Culp in the show. Culp was his CIA control agent. The CIA was involved because the suit had to be kept secret-- the Russians couldn't get it under any circumstances. The CIA wanted to use the suit for national security purposes, but Katt wanted only to use it for fighting crimes, et cetera.
