My favorite breed is a Border Collie. They're very intelligent, obedient, gentle, and make great companions.
My dog is named Rip. She's 14 years old and has always been a great dog.

Miniature Schnauzer. Why? They're a great size for our lifestyle - robust enough to rough-house and do a variety of things with, but still small enough for our not-huge yard. Low-to-non shedding (though they do require grooming regularly). Intelligent, friendly, and active.
Though there are times I wish they didn't bark as much.
We have a 12 year old Mini named Inca (she'll be 13 in January).

Any puppy with a quality angle! I used to have GSDs, and viewed myself a 'significant puppy' character - I now have Lancashire Heelers (best 10-12" at shoulder) and feature had to confess that individual and angle isn't involving measurement - those little men are simply the industry.

My favorite dog is what i have, a Toy Fox Terrier.
Her name is Foxie. She costed me $50.00 and a case of Natural Light Beer. She was SO worth it. She is so full of life and love, and she has the cutest underbite in the world.

I've had several dogs in my life and my favorite is the Golden Retriever. There is nothing I can think of that isn't RIGHT about that kind of dog.
Name him: Riley

I love American Eskimos, they're very loving as all dogs, and they have a beautiful white fluffy coat... I grew up with two named Muffin and Mandy. Now I have a little toy poodle...she looks like a mix though, very cute, named Cheyenne we call her Chey (pronounced Shy)

My dog is part Lhasa Apso/Shitz TU. Her name is Vivica! She is so sweet and just a wonderful bundle of joy in my life. She makes she laugh. She runs away from most other dogs, kind of a loner, but loves MOMMY so much.

Chessapeake Bay Retrievers, I have 2, Kai and Giz. They are exceptionally smart and very protective. They are great hunting and show dogs and love to retrieve. Generally, they are a one person dog, and they are very loyal.
