I try to recover as quickly as possible and ignore the people laughing. I know my face is beet red though, so I guess that is futile. If you think regular tripping is bad, try tripping up stairs. That's right. Up. It's possible, I did so in front of at roughly half of my old school (that's 7-12 grades here). I even have the deformed glasses to prove it from where they hit the handrail.

LOL, I do this alot, I'm a natural klutz. I pretty much just pick myself up and keep going, and if anyone comments, I just say "no, I'm fine, thanks for asking". I try to laugh it off as much as possible because it happens so often.

I pick myself up and look around to see if anyone saw me. Then I go on with my life.

Laugh at myself and keep going. No one really cares what you do anyway.
