My Grandfather left a house to 6 of his children under a trust with my aunt being executor she transferred it to her name and says it is her house can she do that legally if not what can I do?

You must check the original Trust Agreement. The language should be very specific about what powers the Trustee (your aunt) does and does not have. If in doubt upon reading the paperwork, consult an attorney. If she won't offer the paperwork for inspection, consult an attorney. Good luck.

It depends on what kind of trust it is. As an heir and beneficiary of the trust, you have the right to see the trust. This one needs to be sorted out by an attorney.

Only if it's a condition stated in the trust. It's time to talk to a lawyer. Something is fishy here.
