The airport in Cebu is Mactan International Airport located in Lapu Lapu City (an island off the coast of Cebu). There are many hotels & resorts in Lapu-Lapu. Just to name a few: Waterfront-Mactan, Shangri-La, Hilton, Plantation Bay, etc...
Hotels in Cebu City (mainland): Waterfront-Lahug, Marriott, Cebu Midtown Hotel, Parklane Hotel...etc.
