The word HELPFUL (and not helpfull) has two usages :

1 Someone who is helpful is useful to you by doing part of your job for you or by giving you advice or information. Example - She made a special effort to be helpful and polite to Liza. None of these suggestions is very helpful.

2 Something that is helpful makes a situation more pleasant or more easy to tolerate. Example - It is often helpful during an illness to talk to other sufferers.
