Christmas is a season ( it lasts for 12 days) not just a day. It ends when Epiphany begins (January 6th). A lot of people take their trees down on Boxing Day because they put them up so early they are tired of them. How about You?

The tree goes up twelve days before christmas, Decorated a little bit every day until the angel goes on top Christmas eve, and stays up until three Kings day.

Mine has been up for almost 2 weeks already, and I will probably take it down a week or so after the new year! I love Christmas!

We usually put it up about a week or two after thanksgiving, and take it down about Jan 6th, Little Christmas.

Ours goes up day after Thanksgiving and comes down New Years Day

We have never taken it down until at least the second week of January. I know of people who have had it up until late February.

I put mine up after Thanksgiving dinner. ( it's a family Tradition )
I do not take it down until after the New Year.....
I love my Christmas tree! It's so pretty.........

i hate fake trees, and i do not see the need to kill a living tree to decorate my house for 12 or 15 days.
i have no kids living with me so i have no motivation to put one up for them.
