yes as long as you don't put under 15 then it wont be private and i know this because I'm 16 and mine is a public profile

First, as quickly as you study in for facebook, you're able to located your age 18 or above. Later, after having made your facebook account, replace your beginning up date to make it below 18.

I dont think so, just for the fact that your still a minor i dont think it is allowed. just use your real age and if people want to meet you they will by adding you or sending you a message! Good Luck!
