I don't think it's a bad idea... it's a terrible idea! These are the possible aftermath scenarios:

1) You hate it an feel humiliated and it f...ks up your marriage. Even if the marriage is already down the drains, you might carry this toll with you. Depending how accepting you are it will make you feel pretty bad, you have to be the judge of that.

2) You don't feel really terrible but don't like it and he gets "addicted" to that or starts needing more and more kinky stuff. Or your relation begins to be about what you guys do and not about you two.

3) You LOVE it and you can't stop wanting more, eventually without him around. Well, in that case I'd say it would be his loss.

Of course it could also work out wonders, spice up the relation and all the usual stuff people into more alternative life styles argue. Anyhow, you have to try to assess the possible effects that will have on the relation and, most of all, on you.

PS: You could also (maybe as a joke) ask him to do something in return. Either ask him to have sex with another man in front of you, or to watch you having sex with another man. Lets see how he handles THAT. lol

PS2: Oh yes, that fantasy he has... it's common and nothing sick about it. Bringing it into reality... humm.... not so sure.

You have at least two separate issues here that I will address separately. The first issue is the your current discussion. Reading your posting it reads as though your husband and you have not talked outside of the bedroom about making this happen. Since you have not your discussion is still in the fantasy stage and in order to ascertain what chance this fantasy actually has of happening it needs to be discussed outside of the bedroom. As you discuss it you will begin to get an idea of where the idea is heading and if it is possible what needs to done to make it happen. In my opinion you are still a long ways from making it a reality. Second issue you mention is your husband has some jealousy especially between your friend and you. This can create problems and before arranging a threesome both you need to be reasonably certain that it will not interfere with either the threesome or your relationship. Also you need to put in place a plan on how to deal with it and if it is going to be a problem then it is best not to go forward with any planned threesome. Moving on to your worries and reading them most of them are common worries when you consider a threesome. The concern for me is there anything in your relationship with your husband that leads you to believe this? If so then you need to consider if a threesome is right for you and if it is, how it can be addressed. My suggestion would be as a part of you discussion and planning the threesome take some time to build up your relationship with your husband. Take time to find ways to secure it and work on improving your communication with him. There are no guarantees that you will have a successful threesome. However if you take it slow, communicate, and work at building up your relationship I am confident that you will be successful with having it.

It definitely could be a bad idea. If you dont thik it through and do it for the right reasons. If YOU want to share that with your husband and another woman then its fine. Make sure the woman is someone you wont see again and dont have friendship with or it could get ugly.

Good luck with your decision.

Yes, honey it is a bad idea. If you ever do do it, things will never be the same between you two. And you will go through a lot of emotions, I just do not recommend it.

Ask him how he'd feel if you decided she was a better lover than he was and you left him for her. I'm serious. I have yet to meet the man who is as good a lover as a woman. Tell him after that you are going to compare his technique to hers and what if he isn't as good as she is. Actually since woman know how to touch woman and give them orgasms that men can't , it is a real possibility!

Yes it's a bad idea. But you'll do it anyway.

Gays getting married would damage the sanctity of THIS kind of marriage? Spare me.

I would think so, especially if you need reassurance from us. That clues into the fact that you may be just a little uncomfortable. Don't do anything you don't want to do.

I'd say yes. I think that when in a monogamous relationship the other person should be good enough. He needs to stop thinking with his penis and start using his heart.

don't ever do anything that you are not comfortable with. be prepared to deal with anything after it is all said and done, you never know how either of you is going to feel afterwards..
