No websites that are legally able to give out copyrighted books, like the ones you would find at, say, a bookstore. But individually produced books are widely and readily availabe online, try googleing or dogpiling Free online books, or something along those lines.\

The Gutenberg Project has over 19,000 free e-books in their catalog.

www.netlibrary.com. There are all ebooks through he public libraries. You have to have a library card or fill out form online for registration but they are all free.
