If that dosent make sence the question is will the truck be lighter? Please give me sources so I know its a true ;-)

Sorry, thanks guys but I already know the weight of the truck wouldn't change, I just cant find online where It backs that up

The weight of the truck does not change. The truck AND the parakeets would be heavier with the parakeets on the truck bed than with the parakeets flying. But in both equations, the weight of the truck itself does not change. :o)

If the parakeet is not touching the truck then yes it would be very unnoticably lighter

Yes, if the birds are in the air they are not acting with the gravity that is pulling down the truck.
